Martha Jackson
July 22, 1926 - March 6, 2017
Martha was born in Squilax, BC, youngest child of Rhys and Helen Williams. She grew up in Kelowna and Victoria, graduating from Oak Bay High School. She married Laurence Jackson on March 3, 1952 and they had a long and happy life partnership. Martha was a gifted seamstress, cook and gardener, a faithful caregiver for her mother for many years, and a loving mother and grandmother. She was a positive person who set a strong example for others and truly invested in the lives of her family. Her love of God was demonstrated over and over again in many acts of kindness.
She was predeceased by her three siblings and by her husband Laurence in 2009.
She will be greatly missed by daughter Lauren, son-in-law Woody Reimer, grandchildren Evan and Ellen, sister-in-law Margaret Schultz, cousins Doreen Jackson and June Yeats, and many Williams family members.
